Privacy Policy
Effective August 8, 2026
OSS Brokie is a single-player game for iPhone. It has no accounts, no sign-in, and no server of its own. This policy describes what the app does with information, which is very little.
The short version
We do not collect your data. There is no account to create, nothing is sent to a server we operate, and the app contains no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking of any kind.
What the app stores
Everything the game needs is stored on your device: the lives you have started, your job and skills, what you own in the game’s invented market, and your progress. None of it is personal information, and none of it is transmitted to us.
iCloud
The app checks whether an iCloud account is available on your device, so that saved games can be synced between your own devices in a future release. That check tells us nothing about you and sends no game data.
If syncing is enabled in a later version, saved games would be written to your own private iCloud database. That storage belongs to your Apple Account and is governed by Apple’s privacy policy. The developer of this app cannot read the contents of your private iCloud database. We will update this policy before any such change ships.
What we never do
- We do not sell, rent, or share your information.
- We do not use advertising identifiers or track you across apps.
- We do not collect analytics, crash telemetry, or usage statistics.
- We do not ask for your contacts, location, photos, or microphone.
- We do not connect to a bank or any financial institution.
Deleting your data
Delete an individual life by pressing and holding it in the list and choosing Delete. Deleting the app from your iPhone removes everything the app has stored on the device. Because we hold nothing, there is no account to close and no request to make of us.
Children
The app is suitable for general audiences and collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If the app ever begins handling information differently — including turning on iCloud sync — this page will be updated with a new effective date before that version is released.
